EKOY Elektroonika is a company of the EKOY Group, established in Estonia in 2005, specialising in the assembly of electrical accessories.
Ekoy Electronics
The 4500 m² factory is equipped with modern technology and employs an average of 100 people. The company’s versatile assembly work includes wiring, marking, ultrasonic welding and packaging.
As a contract partner, EKOY Electronics is responsible for the entire product manufacturing process, from component sourcing to quality control and dispatch. The Estonian factory mainly assembles various products for luminaires: lighting adapters and busbar connectors. The transport of finished products is organised flexibly using our own means of transport.

These certifications ensure that the company’s operations comply with international quality and environmental management standards. Services
In addition to our core business, EKOY Electronics also offers services provided by our parent company Eino Korhonen OY, which enables us to offer our customers an even wider range of solutions.
Stamping of metal parts
The metal parts are mainly the various contact parts of electrical appliances. Stamping is carried out with eccentric or hydraulic presses. Various post-processing operations can be carried out on metal parts: riveting, threading, bending, stamping or spot welding.
Plastics injection moulding
A total of 26 injection moulding press-operated machines, with a clamping force ranging from 35 to 300 tonnes and a casting weight of 1 to 500 grams. The level of equipment available for injection moulding allows the production of small orders as well as test mouldings and mass production. 2-component injection moulding capability.
Tool maintenance
Maintenance of customer-owned tools and plastic moulds. Fireproof storage.
Technical development
Product and production planning service, product certification maintenance service, modelling and 3D printing. Design and construction of products and automation.
